Such bad tummy pain 😖😖

I already know I'm being an idiot but I'm about 4 weeks +3 so really early days but I'm getting horrible cramps, for the last few days it's just been achey like my period and I consulted Dr Google ( I generally can filter out the extreme things, fairly sure it's not gangrene or Bird flu..😂😂) and I was reassured that a bit of mild cramping is perfectly normal in early pregnancy.
Today however the cramps struck with a vengeance and I was screaming it hurt so badly, for abou 15 mins and I was on the verge of getting my partner to take me to hospital, in this I'm not overreacting I genuinely thought I was dying.
Then it stopped, in an instant it felt fine. Partner said maybe trapped wind which I know can be agonising but it's a very specific 'uterusy' type pain, like period pain.
I'm freaking out so badly, this is my first baby so I have no idea what's normal or not, can't see a doctor at this time of night and A&E is total overkill plus I'm pretty sure they couldn't do anything except painkillers and I'm not even in that much pain now, it still hurts but not the agony I was in before. I'm worried it will happen again and if I'm driving or at work I wont cope.

I'd probably get checked in case pregnancy is etopic. However one of the first signs of pregnancy to me is the cramps, just like a period without the bleeding

I had bad cramps early on. Now 11 weeks and still have some tummy pain but now definitely wind!!
I did see my gp about the pain and told it could be uti. It wasn't in the end (just normal pregnancy pain) but worth going to see gp if you can for the reassurance.
