Seen doctors 4 times since i found out last Friday and he said the pains were fine just everything stretching. Does anyone else have this? Im kind of freaking out.. Thank you x

I had this - so much so I thought I had come on my period and had to keep checking! The niggles you feel is everything adjusting and is completely normal! Mine felt like cramping, very light period pains sort of thing! Congratulations on your pregnancy - everything feels a bit weird to begin with!

Yep, been there. Kept going to the toilet to check I wasn't bleeding... lots of niggly pains as well, especially when walking, but mostly settled down by around 12 weeks.

Very normal, pregnancy increases discharge. As long as it's white or clear and not foul smelling then nothing to worry about :)

I'm the same at the moment, just under 5 weeks and its actually starting to pull a little less. The discharge is not so bad, but I do keep going to he bathroom to check. It's also my first pregnancy, so it's all new to me too. Do you have any other symptoms? Mine are still quite weak, some sore breasts, no ms so far and haven't felt sick at any food at all. Wonder if that starts later Hmm

Yep I'm 5 weeks and I'm constantly checking what's going on. DP now asks if I'm off to a pant check!
I have a lot of pulling and backache too and have been assured it's fine.
I do have a history of miscarriage so I'm trying my best to ignore a lot of it

Discharge is completely normal, as long as it's colourless and not smelling funny

Can I join?

I'm 5 weeks and feel sick constantly!Envy last night I had the worst hip pain and really struggled to walk which my partner found highly amusing.

I had a miscarriage 2 years ago at 17 weeks so I am absolutely terrified with this pregnancy. I keep checking when I wipe and worry about every little thing. I have just registered at my new doctors so haven't seen the doctor yet. I should be able to book an appointment early next week, although they have a 2-3 week waiting time, so I'll be then 8/9 weeks is this too late to tell the doctors?
However I have an early scan booked in at 6 and half weeks so I'm praying everything is okay.

Xxx

Littlefox check with the surgery when you call- many areas now ask you to book in directly with the midwifery team. I'm 23 weeks and haven't seen a Dr yet.

littlefox I'm kind of in the same boat.
I have had loses in the last two years as well.
This time I have been given cyclocest which is a progestrone pessary, the consultant said these will help support a pregnancy but has also warned if anything goes wrong I won't know as it'll stop any bleeding. I'm awaiting for the EPU to arrange a scan for me now.
I'm just doing my best to think positive now Flowers

I am not sure how it works where you are but here i found out last Friday rang doctors and he booked me in with midwife on 13th. I've seen him countless times this week as im so paranoid and he has just told me to relax and everything is fine as no bleeding. I know in my area you cannot self refer to epu but when my friend was married to a guy in the army and lived down south she self referred herself... So being 8/9 weeks shouldn't matter. So glad i am not on my own going through this. X

gem I think it's natural to be worried and for every little pain and pinch to panic.

I'm just looking at it that there all good because your body is getting ready for a growing baby.

I know my local EPU you can self refer if there's been a bleed. I was under consultant care so I just had to call his secretary and she passed everything on to the EPU.

DP is desperate to tell his mum but I'm not letting him currently. If I get to 6 weeks it's the furthest I've got in a pregnacy since ttc #2, that'll be next Tuesday, one little goal at a time

I positively pour out discharge in the first trimester. It is really stressy (and gross!) to feel your knickers damp and feel it glooping out but it's also totally normal. You've got masses of extra progesterone at the start to stop your period coming - but that's the same hormone responsible for PMS so if you often get crampy & have heavy discharge before a period it's completely reasonable to get it in early pregnancy. It does calm down a bit after a few weeks.

I had "period pains" all the way through the first trimester every time and intermittently thereafter. It's never resulted in a spontaneous miscarriage.

Good luck OP, your signs are all good!

It's the increase in progesterone that causes increased discharge. For me this was the first symptom of pregnancy and combined with the stretching feeling you describe I knew I was pregnant before I got a positive test.
