Natural delivery with IUGR / placental insufficiency

Has anybody been diagnosed with IUGR / placental insufficiency and if so were you able to deliver naturally?

I had this diagnosis with DD1 and ended up having an EMCS after induction at 40+5. Basically the baby got distressed 12 hours into the induction but before I'd even gone into labour.

I'm now 32w with DD2 and it looks like the same thing is happening again and that another CS is on the cards. I'm still hoping that a natural birth might somehow be possible so would be interested to hear any similar stories!
