I'm due on Friday and still barely any signs!!!! Anyone else in the same boat?

Due next Wednesday and nothing! Seeing the MW tomorrow. Hoping she'll tell me my LO is engaged.

I'm well and truly fed up already...

Argh! Even more frustrating! Any signs at all?

I've been trying to walk lots, sitting on birth ball loads, eating pineapple etc etc.

Very occasional small twinges and mild cramp but nothing that I notice too much or that bothers me. No BHs either. Just wanna know when it's going to happen!

I'm due on Sunday and no signs yet! With DS I lost my plug 2 days before I went into labour (had him at 39+4). No sign of that yet either. Getting really impatient now!

I've had twinges on and off but nothing noticeable. She's been moving less today too which has me a little worried. I've felt her but not as strong as usual. I just want her to arrive.

I'm due on Friday too! Had my first sweep yesterday which was painful so my cervix can't be ready. Dr said it will probably be another week or so. No twinges just very uncomfortable and exhausted.

Just to give you all a bit of hope, I was moaning through my 39th week that I was having no signs, no increased Braxton hicks, no show, had lost tony bits of mucus for weeks but it never increased, no iffy tummy like people said and no nesting (intact I was still knackered)!!

Then at 39+4, I woke up at 6am after having a dream that my waters had broken to find that in fact, my waters had broken! Ended up giving birth to DS (first child) the following afternoon on 16th October!

So although you may have no symptoms, there is still hope! Good luck and wishing you a speedy labour!

I'm due tomorrow!

No signs or twinges

Been midwife this morning and she tried a sweep but cervix still closed :( said it's soft which is good sign. Have had some bleeding straight off which is normal, I'm just hoping it'll stimulate something, booked in for another sweep next Tuesday

Come on babies!!

Thanks Beccii, that's good to hear! I think because last time I definitely lost my mucous plug 2 days before I gave birth I'm expecting that to happen again this time. But it won't necessarily will it?!
Still nothing from me, 39+2 today. At this point with DS I was in the early stages of labour. Come on baby!!

I will also add that even after my waters had broken, my cervix was 1cm and quite thick. By 4:30am the following morning after hours of contractions I was still only 1.5cm but pretty thin. DS was born within 8 hours! Your cervix can go from 0-100 pretty quick! I think I expected it to be ripening over the weeks but that never happened for me!

I hope I'm one of those ladies where it goes from 0-10 cm real fast haha. I'm due in 3 days and still no signs. It's killing me :-/

None from me... I'm 39+3 now. At this point with DS he was 6 hours old!

Nothing here. 39+4 and had another horrible night of little sleep. Been offered another sweep today when I go to hospital for monitoring. I see no point as I had my first on Monday and was really painful. My cervix isn't fully open. Keep bouncing on our bslls

39w today, nothing. MW yesterday said baby 2/5 engaged, but I know that it doesn't really mean much... massage, 3 mile walk yesterday, very hot Thai meal, pineapple after, even went to pub to watch live music and loads of chair dancing!

Felt very intense pressure low down in the evening and increased need to pee. All gone by this morning...

Crafty I'm not getting much sleep either. It's horrible isn't it makes me worry about how I'm going to cope in labour with no energy!
INeed sounds like you're doing everything you can to get baby moving! Fingers crossed it works soon.

INeedaBear I feel your pain. Last night bounced on my ball. Had sex. Had a bath. And nothing. Today I'm gonna go on a long walk and see what happens because I'm due Friday and it feels like nothing is happening at all :-/

Gabby sending you positive vibes that things start happening soon! I'm just conscious that the longer I wait, the more fed up/grumpy I'll be.

My fanny bone is absolutely killing me - hoping it means baby is pressing on it. Means that having sex is going to be really uncomfortable, but I may try this weekend of still no sign.

I'm just so bored of waiting!

Yeah after I had sex last night I felt some pain but it came and went so I guess it was nothing! When are you due?

Weirdly couldn't fall asleep for hours last night, and woke up hungry. Been a while since that's happened!

Also random sharp pains in my boobs, hopefully that's a sign. Fingers crossed

Also due tomorrow. Plug just went and was waking up with some pains last night but am now feeling fine. Think I might go and bake some cake or something to pass the time (guess what I've been watching ). Have a feeling this little one's escape plans will be bearing fruit soon.

Due in Sat, but having no signs at all so far, bar a few cramps a couple of days ago. Baby had been 4/5s engaged for over a week, but doesn't seem to want to make an appearance any time soon

No plug gone for me, no signs and baby due tomorrow. I have agreed to be induced at exactly 41 weeks due to my age (40) although there has been no problems at all during pregnancy. Really don't want that to happen :(

Finally starting to lose some mucus plug today, on my due date. My midwife said yesterday I'm still 3/5 engaged but baby's back is turned a little towards my back. I haven't been good at going on my birthing ball lately so I was told to get on it. Spent an hour on it, had a half hour walk and getting an Indian takeaway tonight!

Due today! And nothing! And I tried everything and nothing has worked so just gonna let nature take its course now.
