Has anyone found their usual habits just falling out the window? I am honestly too tired to even go shopping and thus have nothing in the house. Works so busy I can't even find the time to do an online shop!

My usual (reasonably healthy) habits went out the window on Friday and Saturday - but I found myself exhausted because of it (napping, bed at 9pm - so rubbish!!). So from Sunday I've made an effort to eat better, and although it was hard I feel so much better so I'm motivated to carry on. I have also found myself waking up hungry, so eat cereal straight away

I had bad morning sickness until 18 weeks so anything beige if at all was the way forward, improved and managed to eat healthily until 28 weeks and then morning sickness struck again so now I have what I feel like - pancakes, banana and maple syrup today (it was delicious) Baby will take any goodness you have so from that point of view will be fine it's just you that suffers.
