Just looking for some advice...
I am 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Since yesterday morning, I have had the feeling like I'm coming on my period, it's no where near severe but it's there, niggling away! And then yesterday morning I went to the toilet and when I wiped, there was some pink blood (not a lot may I add) then I wiped a few more times and there was brown blood on the tissue.
I'm worried, as this is exactly how my miscarriage back in June started. did anyone else have this kind of thing and still go on to have a healthy pregnancy?
I will just add I had an early scan last week where they dated me at 5 weeks and 2 days which made sense from when I know I ovulated, but they couldn't see the baby, just the sacs, so I'm going back tomorrow to check its progressing (I will be 6 weeks and 6 days tomorrow) so I am very nervous about that!

Period like cramps and slight bleeding

It's completely normal in the first trimester to get a lot of cramps and mild pains. It's the hormones relaxing ligaments etc ready to support a growing baby. Spotting is normal too especially if it's around the time you would've had your period.
As long as it's not severe cramping, pains and it's not bright red fresh blood there's nothing to worry about (easier said than done!)
