Does nuchal fold have any significance at/over 20 weeks?

I declined any testing at 12 weeks (except for standard scan) but noticed at 20 weeks scan that a nuchal fold measurement was recorded in my notes.

This never happened with my daughter (3yo) so I've nothing really to compare it to but was (naively) under the impression that it wasn't really a relevant thing after about 13 weeks.

Is this standard ? And indeed is there any relevance at 20+ weeks ?

Thank you.

Nuchal fold is measured at 20 weeks even in women who have declined screening as it is not only related to Down's syndrome at this point. A measurement of greater than 6mm at 20 weeks can be a marker for some cardiac defects
