When could your OH first feel the baby's movements?

I'm 22 weeks and have been feeling baby for maybe about 3 weeks and I am feeling it more and more now and some are quite strong.

My OH has tried a few times to feel them too but we aren't sure if it's too early for him to be able to?

When have you been able to feel baby's movements from the outside?

My husband could feel them from around 24/25 I think, it was about a month after I could. at first he said it was very slight movements he could only just feel, now s/he kicks quite strongly and OH can really feel it (I'm 28 weeks). Baby does have a habit of immediately going quiet whenever he puts his hand on my belly though, it's almost quite funny! He did get kicked in the nose a week or so ago though when he was watching my tummy jump.

Hope it's not too long for you/your OH as it's definitely helped mine feel more connected to the baby.

My other half didn't feel a kick till 25 weeks! Although family members felt it before that. I think he didn't really know what to expect so didn't want to say he had felt it till it was a big one!

I think I was about 24/25 weeks before hubby could feel baby unless it was a massive kick or wriggle! My placenta was in front of the baby so that makes a difference to movement. Also as the above poster mentioned I found baby would sometimes stop as soon as I mentioned him moving!

I thought I could feel it myself from the outside, but like you as soon as my OH came to feel baby stopped moving! I really want him to be able to feel it soon so we can share it and he wants to be able to.

DH got lucky a few days ago and felt a kick (19 weeks) but usually he can't feel anything. It's not our first though so I am probably more aware than in the past too.

Mine felt it from 20 something weeks, maybe 25. But if he put his ear to my stomach he could hear baby moving instead! After a while doing this, he started getting kicked in the head haha.

He first felt it at about 22 weeks but there are lots of softer movements and not as many strong kicks that he could feel. It seems to be getting a lot stronger now and I am 26 weeks.

About 25 weeks. I have an anterior placenta tho so didn't feel that much myself until maybe 23 weeks!

Mine first felt it around 19 weeks however he hasn't felt it since! Like a few PP have said everytime he's tried since the baby stops moving as soon as he puts his hand on my bump.

I felt her quite late - maybe around 25 weeks (due to the placenta position apparently) and had the same situation of her staying still whenever dh came near! Other people felt her before him. He probable felt her around the 30 week mark.
