Back pain

Past few days my back pain is getting worse and worse

Was told at last mw app baby is back to back, looking online this is probably not helping!

At what point is back pain a concern and should I get it looked at?

I take codine and have a support belt already (spd) and I'm currently 32+4

I've had very bad SPD in this pregnancy and low back pain has been agony (baby also big and moved to head down so probably not helping). Not sure about whether back pain is ever a 'medical concern' so can't advise on that.

But I've been doing this pilates for pelvic pain and the pelvic tilts in the video have helped eradicate back pain completely. . I do the pilates about once a week (just to make sure I am vaguely active, the SPD means I can't really walk comfortably anymore), but I do 5mins of pelvic tilts every morning when I get up. Back pain is gone - though other pelvic pain is still very much there...

I've been doing the pilates since about 27 weeks, I'm now 35 weeks.

Good luck!

When I was pregnant the first time I used postureplast it helped ease the pain because I couldn't move the wrong way, it also gave extra support because it has a 'bone' in it
