What to do to beat the tiredness?

I have a week to study for my German driving theory test, and I can't focus on any of the questions :(

Normally I'd drink about three coffees and get stuck in but I can't do that and I just want to go to sleep!

I took a glucose tablet which helped, perhaps lucozade would work?? Or I have one more cup of tea in my allowance.

Help! What works for you?

Lucozade Sport does have caffeine in it (not sure about other types), but you can have some as part of your 'allowance' if you haven't cut out caffeine totally.

It's not very helpful, but I make sure I have a nap whenever I can. It might seem like a wasted hour but I am so much better for it!!

Maybe eat something that releases energy slowly?

If you are tired then rest :)

It's the fizzy one, not the sport one.

Yes, I should rest, but I also need to study! I can't just write off every evening because I have to look after my DS in the daytime.

I played my guitar for a bit, that woke me up :)

Hi Bettie,
I'm struggling with this too. I'm doing an evening course on top of full time work and have an assignment to do.
It's so hard when your exhausted. I'm afraid I don't have the solution though. I just wanted to say that I share your pain!

Thanks! I managed to get 20 minutes of work in before I kept zoning out again and I am finding drinking too much lucozade in one go is making me feel sick. So semi-successful.

I normally eat dark chocolate if I need to work in evening. Any excuse though!
