Does anyone have any advice for management of pain? 27 weeks (I think!) and really painful!

Baby is usually breech but this morning was head down (first time I've had kicks above my belly button) but is now transverse I think or breech as movements v low again. My stomach seems tight and painful, especially just below my ribs.

Any tips would be very welcome. I assume it is BH rather than indigestion or something else?

BH are meant to usually not be painful, however mine are for sure! Are they occasional, regular, or constant pains?

They don't seem regular, although I'm not time watching. This is fourth pregnancy and didn't really have them in the other pregnancies.

Mine only hurt when baby is transverse ( I'm 32 weeks) but my goodness, they are a great time to practice breathing techniques!
Generally I just ride them out but if I know baby is transverse I do try to shift her.
