Who got one and who had their orders cancelled? Sadly I'm in the latter camp having been told by two Amazon customer service bods that I'd definitely receive it.

Apparently Amazon had described it wrong. Was actually a cover and not the actual pod. Some ladies in January's mums to be club have had probs when ordering this.

I ordered one but only received the cover, a couple of ladies on the December 2016 thread have received the actual pod. Seems to be hit & miss.

My order has been cancelled but I did receive a £10 gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill.

I got the gift voucher initially but then got the pod once I contacted Amazon and re-ordered it. They cancelled my initial order. It seems to be hit and miss.

I was eventually sent away with advice to contact trading standards. I was offered 50% off the full price last night but that offer has apparently been withdrawn probably because I was a pain in the arse.

Never mind, being an error the chances of having orders honoured were always going to be slim, but Amazon really ought to have applied the same rule to everyone.

Amazon cancelled my order. First they tried to blame me and said I'd ordered the blue cover. Then they said they'd run out of the pods which was why they'd cancelled.. Then they admitted it was a mis-price.

I've been told by two customer service people that I'd receive the pod... just checked and they've cancelled my order!

Slightly off topic, but DS outgrew the Sleepyhead Deluxe at 8 months and I bought the Grande. It's not that much bigger and I wish I'd started him in the Grande in the first place. It fits perfectly in a standard cot.

I'm selling one for £60 in London if anyone wants it. Good condition

villain you can't use the grande from birth as the sides are too high for younger babies, and it wouldn't be as snug either. Says on the sleepyhead website why it's not suitable.

I agree that it might not be quite as snug but there's a considerable size difference in babies of all ages anyway. There is no discernible difference in the height of the sides. A centimetre or two, maybe. Though I am a fan, it is a massively overpriced item.

Just an update - I complained about my cancelled order and the customer service team got back to me straightaway, told me to reorder at full price and they would adjust my payment to £45. As it stands, the Pod is due to be delivered tomorrow at the price on my order is reading £45! Will update when I've been charged but it's looking quite promising.

For anyone who fancies pushing it a bit, it looks like they're quite willing to honour the price if you complain!

Good on you, Copper. I think if I pester them again they may send someone to do me harm...
