I had a one and half day AF 5 days early and 2 neg tests and now sick as a dog what's going on!

Hi there we are TTC our second child.
On Friday I started having what I thought was AF
It lasted until Sunday morning and was very thin but red and not like a normal period. I had a scan the Wednesday before which showed a corpus luteum cyst.
Since Sunday I have only had the slightest browny discharge and I have funny cramps and pains and feel sick faint and headachy.
Still no sigh of proper AF.
I have tested Monday and yesterday with a sainsburys own test and both were negative. I was due on yesterday but no sign.
Anyone know what's going on or experienced similar.

I'd asked to be scanned.
My corpus luteam ruptured. Got very poorly. If your having pain and feeling ill it's best to get checked over properly.
