I'm hyper mobile and the main thing to watch out for is SPD/PGP - if you look it up you can get good recommendations as to how to ease/avoid it. If you do get it, get to a physio asap

My pelvis has clicked from early on but I'm told the joint is stable. I haven't noticed any other joints getting worse. I'm 41 &25 weeks

I'm in my second pregnancy and am 33 and hyper mobile with a misaligned pelvis. the hypermobility can make pregnancy a lot more difficult as it makes everything very unstable and you may be prone to pgp. hopefully you'll be fine but I ended up on crutches with my first and am heading that way a second time around. I've been seeing a chiropractor who specialises in pregnancy since around the time of my first scan. It costs a fortune but has helped so much. I would recommend that you see someone for an assessment asap. good luck.
