Anyone found any natural remedies for IBS symptoms or things you can take safely while pregnant?

I've suffered with IBS for a long time now (years) but found I could cope with most symptoms with the medication I had been taking. When I found out I was pregnant the Dr advised I couldn't take what I had been so since then I haven't been taking anything for it. I've found my symptoms getting worse (really bad stomach pains - which I know are my IBS and sudden diarrhoea (sorry if TMI)). I'm finding it hard to go anywhere that I know there might not be a toilet nearby including long car journeys. Anyone found any natural remedies for IBS symptoms or things you can take safely while pregnant? I'm starting to finally feel less sick (I'm now 13 weeks) but my IBS seems to be getting worse so after finally feeling a bit more like I want to do more because I'm feeling less sick and tired than I did, I've found this is stopping me a bit.
Any help or advice on would be really appreciated x

A friend of mine found the Supernaturally Healthy website (www.supernaturallyhealthy.org) really useful for her IBS.

It's pretty out there with unusual supplements etc but she's seen amazing results.
