I'm newly pregnant (DC3) and have the cramps from hell, just as I did with each previous DC.

Before getting pregnant I was a fitness fanatic, often going to the gym twice a day (Metafit, body pump, crossfit, boxfit). I get the bulk of my social contact from gym classes and it's a huge part of my life.

I've noticed recently that any kind of cardio makes my cramps worse. My womb feels enlarged and when I jump around it bangs off my pelvis and is incredibly uncomfortable.

What's a gym freak to do? Angry

Less high impact cardio? Your gym must have some low impact classes. Sure, not as much fun, but better than being uncomfortable. And Bodypump is of course very good and no jumping required.

There are some good pre natal 'HIIT' videos and strength training videos on YouTube. I was very Hmm as I like getting hot and sweaty but I have found a couple of good ones. There are several by BodyFit by Amy which I like, and the strength one isn't too high impact but is a good work out.
