Cot mattress - help needed!

What part of the frame do I need to measure for mattress? Was my cot frame from when I was a bubba.

The spring part? The inner white frame? The outside white bit? Confused!

The inner white frame so it sits tight to the frame with no gaps. When I ordered a made to measure mattress they explained the measurement needed so.you can check when you decide where to.order from.
