So about 9pm last night tummy feeling funny. Then diarrhea starts with lots of burping / tummy gurgling and tummy cramps etc. (Sorry for TMI)
12 hours on its still going and I feel horrendous.
Baby has been super wriggly so I don't know if that has bought it on?
Not eaten anything no one else has so not food poisoning but could be tummy bug...
Will baby be OK if it's a bug??
Could it be a sign of labour?
Any tips what I can take? Trying to sip water but it's going straight through me.

Oh and I'm at my parents 150 miles from home.... :-(

Could be a sign. No-one else has ever admitted this to me but when I was in labour I had a really gurgly stomach and felt like I constantly needed to fart Blush

Ring Nhs direct 101?
Could be your hormones changing getting ready for labour but I would get medical advice especially if you can't keep water in as you don't want to get dehydrated.

Def was a sign of labour for me. I had a good clear out over night and next morning contractions started. Was 38 weeks too

If you can get back to your house asap esp of you don't have your bag/ notes etc. Bank holiday weekend roads will be shit so don't hang about!

I couldn't travel at the minute lol - need to be able to go a bit longer from the loo (!) Going to head back as soon as things settle a bit. Luckily we live by the seaside so there will be no one going that way on a sunny bank holiday right?!....... (!)
Midwife said if gets to 24 hrs call 111 and I'll prob need to go in but at min just keep fluids up. No other signs as yet so could just be a bug but we'll see!
