I reached new peaks of hysteria one day when my husband farted.

It was the most horrendous eggy smelling clinger. I had terrible morning sickness that lasted well beyond 12 weeks, in fact it was more like 20, and he dropped this rank trump! Well I was retching and crying because I already had this little massive bump that left me stranded like an upturned ladybird in the corner of the sofa. I couldn't escape and I was literally vomming from the smell. He thought it was hilarious and the more he laughed, the more hysterical I got.

Needless to say, we were not friends for a while after that.

In the latter stages of pregnancy with my first child I cried because some crumbs from a snowball dp was eating got on the floor.

I was at the height of my nesting phase and had spent most of the day on my hands and knees cleaning everything, then dp had the sheer audacity to come home from work starving and ate a snowball without using a plate, cue crumbs all over my newly for the 10th time that day cleaned floors and apocolyptic meltdown from me. I think it's the closest I've ever come to leaving him Grin

I cried because there was no veggy pizza in the freezer for my tea and that was all I had been thinking of all day. Cue my DHs friend turning up at door unexpectedly and me in floods of tears and him trying to calm me down whilst DH called a takeaway. I just kept saying "I'm sorry" amidst snot and tears 😳

Nothing so far in this pregnancy....but when I was pregnant with DD, DH asked me "what do you want to do today?". We had narrowed our options down to heading into the city for some shopping, chilling out at home, or going for a walk on the nature reserve....he asked me a few time "what do you want to do?", and I could not make up my mind. In the end, I burst into hysterical tears, crying "I DON'T KNOOOOOWWWWW!!!!" Blush

(Disclaimer: I did get a grip eventually, and we went shopping Grin)

When I put the wrong address for some maternity leggings I'd ordered. Luckily my DH tracked them down to a nearby branch of Foxtons. They were a bit confused as to why they'd been sent them.

Anything and everything!! Simpsons, the radio, seeing something in the street - I was a constant sobbing mess! I remember being in tears because I couldn't cut my toe nails in the latter part of the pregnancy!

That Nationwide advert where the boy gives his dad a scarf, then grows up, inherits scarf and leaves it on a bus. And some random Nationwide employee manages to stalk him and give it back. I cried buckets Blush

DH and I only had one row during my pregnancy. It was about our old hoover.

Me: Let's get rid of it, it doesn't work properly...
DH: It does work!

The exhaustion I felt in the first trimester. A nature program watching a baby elephant run to its mum. The KFC advert with the adoption family. Anything really. Blush

Week before Christmas, just about to leave for a fortnight to see family. Bins haven't been collected. I ring bin company (we're not in the UK). Turns out we hadn't paid our quarterly bill - must have been lost in the post. I explain I had asked for email billing, she clearly disbelieves me.
I burst into the most hysterical wailing floods of tears - I just kept thinking of how we would have to come home to a full bin.

Horrified woman takes my payment over the phone and sends bin lorry out specially to collect the bins 😂

I'm still embarrassed thinking about it.

I was about six weeks pregnant with my second child and we were on McDonalds. I seen an old man alone eating a happy meal! Que floods of tears! I didn't know what was worse, the fact he was so old and alone or the fact he was eating a happy meal. I cried for days about him lol!

Currently not pregnant but today I cried when Charlie got a golden ticket! Lmo not even time of the month!

With dc1 I knocked a small tub of nuts onto some cat sick. I broke down in tears thinking for some reason that dp would be really disappointed that he couldn't eat them. When dp cam back in the room he of course wasn't mad and was very bemused that I thought he would be. Then I sobbed more because he cleaned it up.
I also cry with hysterical laughter while pregnant. With dc1 it was because I jokingly called dp a d-bag. I was laughing so much I had to leave the room.
No sad crying yet with dc2 (17 weeks pregnant) but did do the hysterical laughter thing Friday upon discovering that it looks like Durham Cathedral is wearing a hat.

Haha, I also cried (and vommed) at DH's fart! But then I cried for absolutely no reason while dressing gown shopping in Next and when a piper started playing Highland Cathedral in the High Street. Oh and when a team won a load of money on the Chase!

When a man gave me a seat on the tube.
When I saw my DH had almost finished reading 'What to Expect When She's Expecting' and had folded pages down/made notes.
I read 'After You' by JoJo Moyes.
When I couldn't get to sleep.
I'm re-watching the 24 box set and there is a scene where a mother sacrifices herself so her daughter doesn't get raped.

LITERALLY EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW

I started maternity leave last week and my dp is on nights... I've cried every single time he's gone to work I just feel so lonely when I only see him for 2 hours a day. I normally love it when he's on nights.

I also cried because I ran out of milk this morning.
