Early pregnancy, ridge above pubic bone (pic incl but not of me!!)

I'm 7w3d pregnant and this past day or so have noticed a ridge above my pubic bone. Like a mini speed bump. Could it be my uterus peeking out or am I completely misguided?

Last summer the midwife tried to feel for my uterus at 8 weeks as she said it should be coming out. She couldn't feel anything - turns out baby hadn't developed.

I was just wondering whether this was it!
