I wish I could find a way too. Had my 20 week scan yesterday and been so tearful and down the last three days. I should be super happy as bub is all great. I cried this morning as my cat put her toy mouse in my shoe...wtf is wrong with me

What stage are you at? I've had ups and downs, they generally don't last long. Its generally when I'm tired.

Only 7 weeks but apart from mood swings I haven't had any symptoms no nausea.. Hmm

Aww don't be worrying about that, you've got all that to come 😊 I found watching YouTube videos of Hannah Maggs helpful, made me realise you aren't the only one feeling like this. The first trimester is rough, I'm still waiting for the second trimester "glow". I think its a myth x
