Pregnancy and chickenpox!

I'm currently 10weeks approx and have dss over for the weekend. Today he has broken out in full blown chickenpox.
I've had them as a child, 3 times!! But because I've had them so many times I'm worried Im just not immune to them.
I've rang midwife who told me in not as many words, I'm not far enough along for them to bother with me (thanks for that!). I've spoken to SIL who was in the same situation when pregnant and she was sent straight in for bloods to test immunity. AIBU to expect them to do the same for me? Has anyone else got any experience with this and should I demand bloods?
P.s were off out the country in 5 days time for 2 weeks so want it sorted before ideally.

I was exposed to chicken pox in the relatively early days of pregnancy at the end of last year. My dm couldn't remember if I had had chicken pox as a child so I rang the GP who sent me to the hospital the next day to check immunity. I would call your GP on Monday if I were you...

I was exposed to chicken pox in my last pregnancy. I was 11 weeks. I had immune testing at the gp to make sure I was immune to it which I suspected I was as I had it really badly when I was 17. You need the immunes testing in my view. Am surprised you d had it 3 times. I think you're only meant to get it once!

My eldest dd got chicken pox when I was pregnant with my dd2.
I was fine & so was my unborn dd. & recently my ds got it, it then flew through his classroom & there teacher is also heavily pregnant. Try not to worry
Go see your docs on tue just to be on safe side.

DD had chicken pox whilst I was pregnant and, although I was fairly sure I'd had it, my dad couldn't 100% remember. I went to the doctors and he sorted out a blood test.

Don't bother with the midwife, get a GP appointment.
