constant headaches

Ahhhhh I've had a near on constant headache for the last week...any tips?

I have ice cup permanently attached to me this soothes lots of water it does go then I get excited then it's back!!

Is it just one of them things :( x

When I was pregnant with my first baby I had these and struggled on in agony as didn't want to take paracetamol. This time round the Dr told me to just take it as having the headaches could do more harm so I did and it made such a difference! Also keep really well hydrated, I find that when I have them if I down a pint of water they often go before the need for paracetamol. Also they seem much less frequent now (I'm 28 +3)

I had really bad headaches for a week a5 16wks I used a 4head stick that helped and tried to rest my eyes/head when I could

Thank you I actually took some parectomol an the last three hours are the best three hours in the last week!

Might invest in some 4head as I've had that recommended before
