So, I don't know about you lot but my back is in absolute bits!
Does any one have any advice to ease the pain (I think my hubby is bored of being kept awake to massage my back every night now) lol.

Hot water bottle helped me with my last pregnancy, have got slight back ache with this one but nothing to bad yet but will definetly be digging the bottle out, hope it eases for u soon

I use one of those wheat animals that you heat up in the microwave. Softer than a hot water bottle and more flexible.
