Hi. Tonight I've started getting a pain in the right side of my bump. Its kind of like a dull ache and when I touch my belly it feels slightly tender. I can still feel baby moving around. Is this just normal stretching ligaments? It's my first and obviously have no idea what's normal.

Is it around the bikini line? If so it could be round ligament pain - the ligaments stretching like you said. They suggest lying on your left side and drinking lots of water as it can be brought on by dehydration.

Exactly round that area yes. I suspected it would be normal... the never tell you about all the random pains.

I'm 29 weeks and have had similar. Esp when I walk uphill a lot. I was told its ligament pain as long as your tummy doesn't feel super hard (as that can be a contraction)

Does sound like that then, yea. They haven't told me anything, I find everything from dr Google :)

If its very bothersome try applying dry heat (hot water bottle etc) I found it really helped

I'd give your midwife a call just to be on safe side. I'm not an expert but I think pre eclampsia can cause pain in right hand side. (Although I know ligaments and muscle stretch can also be a cause).
Put your mind at rest, get your bp checked. I'm 26 weeks and it is one of the signs that they have told me to be aware of. Better to err on caution SmileSmile

Thanks everyone. Pains gone today. Ive been checking my bp regularly at work because I'm on labetalol for high bp anyway and it was spot on this morning. Urine was clear too. Just waiting for a call back from my midwife now to be safe. All these things no one ever tells you about. Confused

Sounds like you're probably fine but better off to check if you're worried :)
