I'm really really struggling with this, I have posted before but can't seem to find it

It's absolute agony and hurts whether I sit or stand for too long, walking doesn't seem too bad.

Lying is the best but almost impossible with my very mobile job and 2 year old

Has anyone got any advice?

Also so scared of giving birth? Any reassurance on this would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

I think that you should go to your GP and get this checked out - sounds similar to haemorrhoids and they can prescribe steroids. Another possibility is to go to a physiotherapist with a special interest in gynaecology. Best of luck

I had this. No problem in childbirth and they disappeared immediately after

Hi I had this in pg's 2 and 3. I had a normal birth with number 2 and it was not a problem at. I told my midwife about it I think but not my gp. I remember though I did feel awful about it in pregnancy. It really got me down. The good news is they disappeared after both babies were born though straight away.

Oh and also my midwife recommended wearing a maternity towel to sort of hold you in. It all adds to how attractive you feel doesn't it.

Thanks! Been doing lots of research and most seem to say they go soon after birth and don't cause a problem?!

Just wondered if anyone has used a fembrace v brace?? They are very expensive and obviously not returnable so don't want to waste my money!!
