Swollen painful feet 32+6

Just after some advice, I have been suffering since Friday with really swollen hands and feet, my feet are so bad I can't wear any of my shoes and even my flip flops are digging in so badly I can barely get them on. Walking is excruciatingly painful too, I did a bit of shopping yesterday and walked about 5k but nothing extreme (even bought bigger shoes to wear whilst I was out), today did a little swim and just been relaxing. Is it normal to get swelling like this at the stage of pregnancy? I don't normally suffer with painful feet or hands, but even my hands are tingling. Any tips gratefully received, thanks :) x
