Hi just after some support/advice really. Am 28 nearly 29 weeks with second DC my DD is just over 2 and born with no complications at 39 weeks. DC has been such an active baby comparatively but yesterday was concerned due to reduced movements and on a Doppler trace for nearly 1 hr 30. Heart rate was steady around 140 (which it has always been at midwife appts) but they were concerned as there weren't many accelerations. There were finally a few more at the end of the monitoring period so they sent me home and are going to arrange a scan on Monday. I have obviously been monitoring mvmts very carefully since and tbh baby still doesn't feel as active although is moving Wondering if I should go back in? Has anyone else been in this situation? I'm
Assuming they will check placenta function/ fluid levels at scan and go from there. So worried though..

If you're worried movements are still reduced personally I would phone the hospital again. Tell them the hospitals concerns yesterday and that your movements are still reduced and that you're worried.

Hi Mirshid, I can't offer any advice based on experience and I'm sure you get some from other mnetters. Sorry you're feeling anxious. If I were you I would go to triage or whoever you've been advised to go just to be on the safe side. I'm sure it will be ok until Monday but you'll probably be anxious all day today.

Thank you ladies think I will have to didn't really want to end up as consultant rather than midwife led care (which is what midwife said will happen if I have to go again) but a healthy baby is more important than anything else
