What do I need to buy?

What do I actually need to buy for when my baby is born? Confused I cannot seem to find a complete list anywhere.

The Mumsnet "Shopping for a new baby: what to buy when you're expecting" list seemed pretty unhelpful and short as it didn't even include the basics such as a cot.

Couple of sheets
Sling or pram

There's a great list on the mothercare website that I'm using.
