lightheadedness in early pregnancy - normal?

Am 4 weeks today, confirmed earlier this week. Have been feeling very hungover on and off for a week, but today I've also been feeling very lightheaded and nearly browned out at one point (while standing still, singing in an Ash Wednesday service - it was either get to the end of the piece, or walk out and spoil it, thankfully I didn't have to walk out...)

Is lightheadedness normal or should I be thinking about low blood pressure?

Yes very. My blood pressure goes so low when I'm pregnant. Take it easy

Yes. My blood pressure has gone low, and there is a drop in my blood pressure when I stand up. This makes me so dizzy and disorientated. Mentioned to midwife and she said it was completely normal. Mentioned again to gp who said it was normal, but also did bloods which showed I'm slightly anaemic. Pregnancy sucks!

Drinking lots of fluids will help with low blood pressure. I had this in early pregnancy and it made me feel rotten, staying hydrated will really help though.
