Can someone hold my hand please?

I'm 18+3 and just wiped some blood after going to the toilet. Phoned maternity assessment who have told me to keep an eye on it over the next hour. Husband is out for the day and should be back in a couple of hours. Don't want to worry him with this but I'm terrified. I had an mmc at 9 weeks last Feb.

This is going to be the longest hour ever.

I had something similar and it was an ectropian on my cervix. Hopefully you'll be OK! Sure you will!

Hand holding.

I had blood on wiping on and off all the way through with DS2. Many scans but never any blood seen so fairly certain it was a cervical erosion.

Seems to be slowing down but still going. I'd be so much happier if they'd check me over!

Handholding.
It could be any number of non sinister things but I understand how scary it is. Glad to hear it's slowing down.

I had some unexplained bleeding at the same stage as you and everything was fine. Utterly terrifying at the time. I'm here to hold your hand Thanks

How are you getting on OP?

Thanks so much for all the kind wishes. They checked me out with a Doppler and the heartbeat was there nice and fast. They did a speculum exam and I have a grazed cervix. Midwife said there was probably no exact cause as to how it got there but it was nothing to worry about.

Phew, panic over
