Headaches - What can I take?

I really suffer with headaches and normally only Anadin Xtra helps. Now I'm pg I've stopped taking them because of the aspirin and my headaches are turning in to migraines every day. Does anyone know if there's anything else I can try. I work full time so I can't just stay in bed. My 22 month old dd is a real handful and won't go to sleep until at least 9pm every night (most nights it's closer to 10) so I can't even go to bed early.

Paracetamol is fine to take.

Yes take paracetamol and try to drink lots and lots of water. Had bad headaches during this pregnancy too. Upping water intake has made a huge difference.

You may need to go to the loo every 17.5 seconds though, but tis the price you pay.

Unfortunately paracetamol doesn't help. I will try drinking more water though. Thanks.
