Can your waters go at 15 weeks?

I'm 90% sure my waters have burst but I'm only at 15 weeks. I was in bed having a nap and got a "wetting myself" sensation. I smelt and looked at the liquid and it was clear and not urine. I stood up and more came out. I'm now wearing a sanitary towel and leaking a tiny bit but it seems to come out more when I cough or stand up too quick. My waters broke last time at 29 weeks and delivered at 30. I'm really nervous and scared because I know if this is my waters then chances are I will not be able to keep it in. Can they even break at this stage??

I'm really sorry I don't know. But given your history if I were you I'd be calling the midwife. I hope things turn out ok.

Yes they can. You need to call your midwife or out of hours/NHS 111

Unfortunately they can. My waters went at 14w in my last pregnancy and I have a pprom history too. You need to be seen urgently. I hope it's nothing but it does need to be checked out.

They will tell you to go straight to hospital, they can't assess without examination. You should lie down and get someone to drive you as you lie down or call an ambulance.
You want to loose as little as possible to try and go against gravity, ie don't walk around/sit up

No it wasn't for me with that pregnancy, I lost a little girl at 17 weeks. Try not to focus on my poor outcome though, I know several people who have had good outcomes with early pprom. It's rare but it does happen :)
