Loss of symptoms

I'm 7 weeks with my first after years of trying and very anxious. It seems as though a week ago all symptoms stopped.

On saturday I went in to the doctor and did a blood test, hcg was 14500 and progesterone 150+. The doctor was happy with this. I have a scan later on in the week so will only know for sure then.

I'm just so worried as I just feel my symptoms have stopped and don't feel pregnant. Has anyone experienced this sudden decrease of symptoms and everything being ok? I know every pregnancy will be different but I'm just so worried about it all. Thanks for reading.

Symptoms come and go all the time. You say you think symptoms stopped a week ago but you were in the doctors on Sat and they were happy with your levels? Try not to worry too much, everything is more than likely fine

Everyone has different range of symptoms- might help to see what everyone else is experiencing around the 7 week mark?

It's a nice friendly group Smile.

I'm a couple of weeks ahead of you and I have had hardly any of the big sickness that lots of the ladies have. I'm more eating everything I can find to stop myself feeling sick. Everyone is different, and different levels of hormones kick in during different weeks which can make you suddenly feel very different. I'm sure lots on here will tell you there's plenty of time for symptoms to kick in.

I never really had any symptoms...except a growing belly! Now at 39+4 and def a baby on the way. Everyone has a different pattern of symptoms (or lack thereof). Try not to worry, maybe you're just lucky like me and will have a relatively pain-free pregnancy!

Yes in my experience, strong reassuring symptoms can diminish, particularly in the first trimester. For me it was boob tenderness - this practically disappeared in week 9 and I freaked out! The first trimester seems to be a rollercoaster for so many people. I'm now almost 28 weeks and all good Smile
