Midwife won't be wrong would they?

I'm currently 16 weeks and 2 days pregnant and the midwife says I'm due on the 2nd july. Problem is my fella is having doubts the baby is his as I slept with someone else. The date given shows that I'd have conceived around the 24th September. I didn't sleep with the other guy until 18th October (me and fella had a break up) but he thinks that the midwife could be wrong but I don't. I'm wondering what you lot think?

Have you had a dating scan? It will not be 3.5 weeks wrong.

The calculator I found online suggests that with a due date of July 2, the date conceived was October 10th.

My DD was due on July 4th and concieve on October 15th. September 24th sounds miles to early to me.

If you are 16 weeks and 2 days that gives you a LMP of 25th september, which ties in with due date of 2nd july. Conception round about 2ish weeks later so 9th (or therabouts) o October. That knocks your conception date of 24th september out of the water.

Could be other guys. Due dates are merely a guideline. Even with regular 28 day cycle can be wrong by up to 2 weeks either way. Given as pp said conception date circa 9th October totally possible other guy is father. Only way you can know for sure is dna test after baby born.

I slept with my fella up to 12th October, I didn't sleep with this other guy until 18th. He didn't cum inside me but I know pre cum can affect that.

Well when I went to dating scan, they said I was so many weeks and days and scan after that, they put it with two days difference so I'm thinking it's accurate or like maybe 2 days off.

In due 2 days before you on the 30th June. Regardless of midwife maths programmes etc I know I conceived on 4th October. I felt my ovulation pain and had sex on that day. Reason I am so sure is it was my birthday! I didn't get a positive bfp result until the 20th. So... Where were you 6th oct?

Remember date of lmp isn't date of conception. It's what they use to calculate a due date. You'd usually ovulate 2 weeks after lmp so actual conception can only occur then.

Sock, not everyone has a perfect 28 day cycle. Basing a due date on LMP can be very inaccurate for some.
Probably the first fellow but honestly DNA testing would be the sensible thing to do.

out2 is right? I have a 35 day cycle so conception dates can be tricky to work out for some

I don't have perfect 28 days either however a variation of 12 days seems a bit much.
