Gluten intolerance

I have been naughty tonight and even though I have a gluten intolerance I have eaten some garlic bread I bought for my daughter as I had nothing in and was absolutely starving. Now worrying about the baby. Do you think this could be detrimental to the baby or just (more than likely) uncomfortable for me?

It will be you that will suffer not the baby

I hope so. I was prepared for that when I ate it but then I started worrying that I would have caused the baby some harm or something and that's the last thing I want to do.
