Tingly pressure on upper abdomen if I slouch, is this normal?

Hi! I'm 20 weeks, just had my anomaly scan and baby is fine, as am I, but I've noticed that if I sit with poor posture, I start to get a tingly pressure on my very upper abdomen, so not where the uterus is, but rather the soft part below the sternum but above where the bump really starts. It's my first pregnancy, so I am trying not to be nervous about every little thing, but is this common, and could it be hurting the baby?

Sounds normal... So many weird aches and feelings during pregnancy. Glad your scan went well :D now to relax and enjoy the next 20 weeks!
