I'm 11wks 3days pregnant and for the past 4-5wks my morning sickness has been pretty much constant.
On a good day, I'm sick at least two times and have constant nausea...on bad days I am sick up to 10 times. On most days, I am able to keep down at least one small meal and water so Doctor has said that there is no need to see me (you have to have a telephone consultation with them in order to get an actual appointment).
In the last 4wks, I have lost over half a stone and, over the last couple of days, I have started to get really dizzy and pass out.
Has anyone got any tips for types of food to eat (at the moment, I am struggling with even dry toast/pasta/rice/etc) to try and stop nausea? I'm due back at work next week after a few weeks annual leave and am worried about being sick/passing out at work.
