SPD getting bad again

I've had it since 18 weeks and had my belt on. Improved it quite a bit until a few days ago. I am 33+4 now and honestly the pain is dreadful.

Wake myself up at night with pain.
Needed picking up off the floor.
Just about able to walk without constant pain with 60mg codeine (was prescribed this for headaches but took for pain as paracetamol does nothing)

Not asking for anything really just sympathy/maybe some good ideas.

Anyone else suffering?

oh yes.

34 + 1 - was doing well with exercises, using my belt etc

then started to get rib flare over last week so not able to sit in a straight position. Then today went absolutely flying (bump ok) and twisted all my back to make sure i didn't and on baby.

IN agony now - stiff, pelvic and back pain. Just cannot get comfortable.

No bright ideas to add but am currently in bed hugging my hot water bottle...

I'm sorry, it's a horrible thing to have Flowers.

Have you tried pelvic partnership? They have a reassuring helpline and some helpful tips on the website.

I hear you. In fact I was just considering starting a thread about PGP myself when I spotted this.

Have just been in tears over it. I feel like I've been a rubbish mum to my 3yo today because I can barely move and the pain is making me impatient. I'm doing everything that I have been told: belt, physio, painkillers, sitting on the birth ball. Nothing seems to help.

I'm 31+5.

I've got DD 2.9 too so know how that is. Luckily partner does teaching related work so off til 5th but after that I dread to think. Poor DD is offering to help me up and quite clingy knowing I'm sore. She's been well behaved today which has helped lots.

Going to Google pelvic partnership.
