Hello all :)
Just wanted a bit of advice really!
I'm 15 weeks pregnant and since the very beginning have been completely put off eating any kind of meat. The sight/smell everything about it just urgh.
Trouble is now i'm really bored of eating the same things and have started to miss the times where I would enjoy a nice juicy cheeseburger and that kind of thing. But I just don't know where to start, I feel like i'm too scared to try getting back into meat again incase I end up really sick
Do I just try to eat a tiny amount each day (maybe ham?) and hope that i'll get the urge to maybe one day eat a steak? lol
