Has anyone else got dandruff whilst pregnant and managed to find anything to help it?? I've tried tesco anti dandruff shampoo and a tea tree one which did seem to help a bit bit now it seems to be getting worse Sad.

Make sure you're drinking 3 litres (5 pints) of water a day to keep your skin hydrated and try Head and Shoulders, it's pricey but you only need a tiny amount to build a good foam.

Argh, yes, since about 2 weeks ago once I hit the 3rd trimester. Major dandruff issue. I tend to find head and shoulders makes my dandruff worse!

I'm not always great at drinking enough water but have got better ( couldn't fave drinking much at all at the start)
Yeah the shampoo I tried was basicly head and shoulders but the cheaper one, I've seen some e45 shampoo in boots which I'm tempted to try but its about 7pounds so reluctant to in case its useless! Thought I'd see if anyone else had found anything good first Smile

I got awful dandruff at a couple of stages during my pregnancy. A hairdresser friend recommended a product called Shampeeling by Wella Profesional which I found worked. Think you can buy in it salons but I got mine off Amazon.

I hope this helps Smile
