Top of tummy hard and big 17 weeks

Is this normal? My tummy looks like I'm starting to get a bump but the top of my tummy is really round and hard quite firm to the touch. I feel like the bottom part where baby is is very squidgy still ... Is this normal? I'm quite constipated so wonder if it's all gas

I'm further on 27 weeks but my bump is quite high and lower end of tummy bus soft
