I feel utterly horrible today, I'm exhausted, have an achey bump, a dreadful headache and I am sooo dizzy!

Could this be pregnant related or am I just ill?

How pregnant are you?

I would call your MW to get checked over Smile

I'm 29 weeks with twins.

I have an appointment tomorrow so I will ask her then. I suppose I should have just waited and not posted it on here but I wondered if anyone had maybe experienced something similar and had any tips. Smile

I would get checked asap tbh. I had pre eclampsia at 26 weeks . Don't risk anything. The head ache and dizziness is a worry.

I have had the same some days... I think it could be low blood pressure, which I have always had, but it has dropped in pregnancy. You could try eating something salty (tortilla chips are my go-to)? Alternatively, do you know what your iron levels are like?

I've just had lunch so salt levels should be ok I would have thought. Been on iron tablets since 9 weeks and levels are always great when they've been checked.

I find I feel just like this if I'm a bit dehydrated or was the previous day. Sometimes I seem to need to drink about double what I'd normally drink to stay hydrated, whilst other days a litre and a half is plenty.

Still, I think it's a good idea to ask your midwife though.
