Enjoy being pregnant and the excitement of whats to come... but go out and have meals with loved ones etc...because it takes a while to be able to do this once baby has come... But you'll love it...being a mum is the best thing in the world!!!

The jury is out on what you should or should do, but your not supposed to eat pate, liver, nuts, raw meat, soft cheese - the list really is endless. Your best bet is to buy a good pregnancy book (and there are loads to choose from).
Bascially eat well, veg's etc, dont smoke, dont drink alcohol (although i 'think' a few is ok).
And if you go to the gym, keep going, keep yourself as healthly as possible.

just relax...listen to your body...eat nutritiously, rest when you feel you need to , enjoy it !! don;t feel obliged to tell everyone yet..you have another 36 weeks...enjoy it yourselves for a while!

perfectly normal to feel anxious until you get to 12 weeks.......

plus the sooner you tell people, the sooner you have everyone piling in and giving you lots of advice!! not all of it is worth listening to!!

as Lulumama has said, dont tell anyone, its the best secret and the best news to tell people....

Enjoy it, it'll go SO SO SO fast and the little one will be here before you know it.

CONGRATULATIONS!

you have...but there is not a lot you can do about it now....! can't put the genie back in the bottle!!!!!!! IFYSWIM..........

if you are testing positive before period..your hormones are doing good things...just have to be patient, relax and enjoy.....nothing else to do at this point!!!

I knew within weeks too... i was always so regular, never a day late on my period and then one day it didnt happen. I had to do three tests and go back to the dr's each week to see if it was any stronger! I was so excited and desperate to tell someone but DH and i kept it secret.
