Tired of being pregnant! When will it end..

Hello

I'm not one to complain generally but this is really taking me on!

I'm currently just over 25 weeks pregnant and at the last stages of buying a property with my DH. We're trying too buy little things for the house and baby now.. so it doesn't all add up at the end.

But it's just so much. The generally active person I am is taking its toll! I get tired after walking a short distance or even with limited housekeeping. Every part of my body is aching, I feel so tired all the time! And the mood swings are really not helping!

I & DH work fulltime aswell. I know most people go through the same but dont you feel as though sometimes you just want a break and want to be 'normal' again! Lol

Plus DH is having an opp soon and is currently in alot of pain and I really feel so bad for him to have to deal with my constant mood swings on top!

Please someone tell me this isn't forever Hmm

I'm probably going to sound like a right cow and yes pregnancy can be hard, but there are 1000's of women who would give their right arm to be in your position right now. That's what I keep reminding myself when I'm puking 20 times a day.
And yes it does end... At around 40 weeks. :)

I hear you @fatty12 - it is really hard. Currently 35 weeks and have also found it a huge slog.

If it is any consolation, I found the point your at the hardest as felt like had already been pregnant forever and still had ages to go and maternity leave still v far away. But hang in there and before you know it another 10 weeks will have passed and you'll be on the home straight.

I did find popping to somewhere like mama's and papa's or mothercare to browse cute baby things helped kept my eyes on the price and reminded me why it is so going to be worth it!

Well you know when it will end....13 - 17 weeks from now! I wasn't too bad at all at 25wks. I had a dreadful first 16weeks, then quite a lovely middle bit. Am currently 35 + 5 and thereally starting to struggle.......

I'm one those people who has suffered losses, 3 in a row in fact with no dc yet.

And I used to think "how can people complain, I'd give anything to feel like that"

Well I'm pregnant for the 4th time, not a sentence I thought I'd say - and Christ I feel like something is sucking the life out of me and I feel so sick!!!!!

I'm only 8 weeks!!! So still may not end well, but I feel guilty for complaining - but I do still feel shit.

You have my sympathies - it's you that feels shit and has to live with it

Thanks to everyone who has replied. :-)) .. I'v got 10 weeks to maturnity leave yet; so there's a fair bit left!!

And I am buying baby stuff as and when to keep me excited!

I know it's a bit annoying to hear but that's the only thing that is keeping me going right now. Telling my best friend who has had a few failed attempts for IVF, that I'm on my 3rd pregnancy was just horrible. She was so lovely about it but it must have been awful for her still.
