marking place Thanks Barbie

Have found out my antenatal classes start Monday! There will also be another session later in the year but as it is still unknown if I will be induced early they have said I can be booked on both. Scary... time is going so fast!

Place marking.

Absolutely wiped out this week. DD6 up with night terrors on Wednesday, didn't sleep at all between 2-6am and last night I didn't sleep either. I have throat that feels like I've smoked 40 fags, this UTI doesn't seem to have shifted and I feel sick.

I dragged myself away from the sofa eventually and packed for our holiday for my ds and went through all da old clothes and things and I have s small list to buy, changing Matt proably being the most expensive thing. I need to get a few hats and cardigans, nappies, scratch mits. Then before I go on mat leave just some vest and baby grows for 0-3. I know were I will buy them from as all the ones which still feel nice are from asda. If I have a boy I will be fine for clothes it made me smile going through it all, remembering him in some of the little outfits.

barbie mine didn't either! I rang midwives to ask and was given a number to ring for my area. Good job I called or could have missed them. They said there will be another session running later in year but they don't know when so best to go now and can re do the next ones if they happen before baby comes. Annoying! It's too short notice for OH to come now, fantastic!

Barbie, it's only because I really want to be organised and i am due so near Christmas and shopping when it's busy is like hell on earth for me.

I signed up to antenatal classes for September but when I have looked in my diary I hated them, I can't remember why, I did love the labour in motion classes though so I think I am going to cancel the antenatal class and just go to labour in motion if they still do it.

My back has been acheing for days I am thinking of looking into maternity massage's.

Haha that's a good point!
When are you due?

How did you find out about the classes?

I had one with dd and highly recommend it :-) hope your back feels better soon x

Oh I really fancy a massage!

I'm getting a lot of dizzy spells and 'feeling out of it' atm. My app says this is normal as my blood pressure dips around now. What do you guys think?

Still feeling shocked over my baby having a winky! Also was hit with a sudden. ..sadness? This morning when I realised my chosen fave girls name will never be used now. DH set on a particular boys name which I like, but have no boys names I love so nothing to suggest atm. It's nice saying 'him' etc. Though it's a very odd thing having not known with dd!

I'm due 28th of November but I was 4 days late with ds, so it might be December.

I take my ds to a play group on a Friday and I picked up a leaflet for the new school term and in September and it was on the leaflet.

It's all booked for Thursday.

chasing we have our 20w scan on wednesday so will check then and we also have to have growth scans so will see if we can check then too! Although I'm 99.9% sure they are right lol just a niggle!

barbie first 12 weeks dragged terribly but has gone quite fast since! Yet still feels like a life time away until due date!

onefootinthebed · 20/06/2015 20:56

Barbie I was fine having ds up till my due date in the last 4 days I had two sweeps, walked miles and miles and ate loads of fresh pineapple. Worst four days of my life.

If you google the sure start in your area would it not come up with a time table. I'm sure it's all run by sure start. I don't know what ntc is short for but from what I understand it's antenatal classes you pay for. I don't know if there is one in my area.

Chasing I love having a boy, I wouldn't mind having another.

This morning we were having breakfast and i got up to put the dishes in the sink and I think the baby turned round or done something it was so unexpected I dropped the bowls then I think it had hic ups for a few minutes. I am only 17 weeks I thought it would be too early I didn't feel anything with ds till 21 weeks.

No one has mentioned antenatal classes to us - perhaps because it's our second? 6 years and 10 months was a long time ago though! I will have a look at sure start timetables.
I was 8 days over with ds - I was beginning to doubt it would ever come out! I remember saying 'I've had enough - I'm going to work tomorrow!' Labour started about half an hour later.
I'm sooooo tired. I've had 2 past midnight bedtimes and really feeling it now.
amyyy I keep meaning to ask how your hg is?

Hi everyone, I've been away for the weekend so just popping on to say hello.
chasing I have low blood pressure too and it makes me feel exactly as you describe. Make sure you stay really well hydrated- that seems to be the main thing which helps.
Scan on Thursday. So nervous. Feeling both babies wiggle and hiccup every day. Just hoping everything looks ok.
