so after many weeks of ms I've worked out the times when I'm actively sick & it always seems to be upon waking & standing up. I thought it might have been hormone levels or something but someone mentioned acid reflux; can you get this without pain?
When I wake up I feel chipper but as soon as I sit or stand, I have to make a dash for it. Once I'm sick, that tends to be it for the day (unless I nap or eat too much).
