Am in the wars today, alongside my gum pain I am getting intermittent sharp stabby pains on right side of bump about an inch above belly button. It gets quite bad when lying/ leaning on right side and pretty much goes when I move position apart from the odd twinge.
Apart from the obvious answer of not leaning on right side (!) do you think I need to do anything or have any ideas what it could be? Could it be baby position ie I'm squashing something!

I remember that pain despite not being pregnant since 1991 
I think you just get trapped nerves where the baby's has protruding bits like sharp elbows pushing outwards. When DS was born one of the first things I said was 'wow look that them razor sharp elbows'!
