How many sections have you had?

I've had 3 but thinking of baby number 4 (not currently pregnant) have had no problems in the past & recovered well from all. Just wondered if there are any over 3 section mommas out there willing to share their experience. Thank you xx

Not me but there is a multi csection group on baby centre which is quite busy if you don't mind straying over there.

I am expecting dc4 in August and this will be section no4, midwives happy, consultant happy and although I'm consultant led care because of my previous sections I'm classed as low risk still.

Thank you Cathpip for replying. Appreciate it. My consultant never mentioned no more babies after #3. I had to have a laparoscopy 2 years ago and the consultant said to me then that everything "looked good!" I did have slight scarring which he was able to remove. That same consultant also said that I was fit & healthy and have always recovered well from previous sections. My youngest is now almost 5 & that's the longest gap I've done between sections. Anyway I'm waffling. Thanks though for replying. All the best for #4 in August xxx

No scarring at all with mine, eldest is 6 and youngest will be 17 months, which is the smallest age gap between sections, am fit and healthy but will be just shy of 40 when this one arrives! So definately no more.....

I've had two, and booked in for a 3rd in July.

I was strongly advised not to have another for at least a few years and have been hounded about contraception twice now by the registrar, but I have other risk factors in my pregnancy.

My cousin has had 4, but the last resulted in a hysterectomy.
