Hello! Smile

I'm in my early week of pregnancy, I'm constantly hungry Cake Brew Biscuit. Does anyone have any meal/snack ideas that will keep me full for longer? Anything would be appreciated Smile

Thank ChucksAhoy, my diet has never been good or balanced. Trying to eat everything I should over this Pregnancy to up my energy!

Plesee don't mention cake, it's my favourite, even when not pregnant! I literally eat something and 10 minutes later I'm really hungry again!

ryvitas (the good ones, with sweet chilli or cracked black pepper) and houmous.

falafels.

giant pretzels - not going to pretend they are healthy, but they hit the salty junk craving for far less fat than crisps.

Toasted rye bread with cream cheese and avocado (and a little salt). Heathy, yummy and keeps you full. Plus, you feel virtuous eating it and it doesn't kick off a sugar roller coaster in the same way that other thing that we shall not mention does Wink

If you're hungry, then eat, don't worry too much about being really healthy all the time. You're body is working overtime right now! Boiled eggs and bananas or grapes can be good to snack on, I also really liked getting those little prepared fruit pots from the supermarket. Sandwiches with different fillings, things like chicken or egg are good as they contain protein. Cereal bars too, although they are probably about as healthy as a chocolate bar!
